NCAA Announces Major Reforms

In the aftermath of the Adidas/FBI mess, the NCAA promised substantial changes and on Wednesday it began to deliver.

The NCAA will now let undrafted players return to college, allow players to get financial aid if they do return to college and also allow earlier agent representation, even in high school.

We’ll have more later when we’ve had a chance to read this more carefully.
