Here’s a pretty cool story: former Blue Devil and Alaskan Carlos Boozer is heading back to Juneau to hold a basketball camp.

It’s his second year and the idea is to give back to the people who supported him first:

“[I’m r]eally excited to be able to give back to my community. The community of Juneau was there for me at an early age so I wanted to come back and teach these kids some of the stuff I learned along the way on my basketball journey.”

He says he’s going to do it every year.

His buddy Jason Williams wants to go but in a bit of a twist he may not be able to as his wife is expecting. Great news!

Small but cool note: Boozer named one of his children Cameron. So did Bobby Hurley. Wonder how many other members of the brotherhood have done that?
