Well this is pretty cool: former Duke star Lindsay Harding has been hired by the 76ers as a scout.

She’s only the second woman an NBA team has hired as a scout which means the league is missing a lot of talented and experienced observers.

Harding tells ESPN that “I think when you have this goal in mind, your gender shouldn’t even matter. It should be about if you can do it, if you’re good, you’re experienced, if you know what you’re doing and what you’re talking about.”
