At Duke, Wendell Carter was somewhat overshadowed by the brilliance of Marvin Bagley. At times though, while Bagley was hurt or when he was not playing as well as he could or was limited by circumstance for whatever reason, Carter proved that he was more than capable of stepping up.
Now, with the NBA draft coming soon, he’s winning people over with his versatility and his ability to work with superior players.
Wherever he ends up, Carter is going to be a positive presence for his new team and that’s not something you can say for every player in the NBA.
