Capel’s Recruiting Targets Emerge

Now that he’s up and running at Pitt, former Duke assistant Jeff Capel has his priorities.

As Jeff Capel gets his Pitt program off the ground, here’s a list of recruits he’s currently working.

You’ll notice a bit of overlap, notably with Cole Anthony and Kofi Cockburn, players he also pursued as a Duke assistant.

Anthony is the son of former UNLV legend Greg Anthony. As we mentioned the other day, Jamal Washburn, Jr., said that he’d like to be recruited by Duke. It’s funny to think that those sons of legends, who were huge figures in defining wins (and a loss) in the Coach K era could end up playing for Mike Krzyzewski.
