NCAA Basketball: NCAA Tournament-Second Round-Auburn vs Clemson
Mar 18, 2018; San Diego, CA, USA; Clemson Tigers head coach Brad Brownell celebrate the 84-53 victory against the Auburn Tigers following the second half of the second round of the 2018 NCAA Tournament at Viejas Arena.
Jake Roth-USA TODAY Sports

Clemson had a really outstanding year and arguably only injuries kept the Tigers from the greatest year in Clemson history.

Brad Brownell spoke in Columbia this week and has a message and we absolutely agree with him: you can achieve your basketball dreams at Clemson.

It’s a pitch he can make to recruits now and back it up. They’re coming off a really successful year, Littlejohn is revitalized and a lot of things are going Clemson’s way right now.

This kind of underscores our point. Almost any school, if it finds the right guy, can be successful and there is absolutely no reason - none whatsoever - why Clemson can’t.

They’re in a great conference, there is a lot of talent available in their natural recruiting area and Brownell is a heck of a coach.

Of course Clemson can be consistently excellent and we hope they will be. It’d be fun to see Tigertown embrace a great basketball tradition.
