With the regular season over, the ACC Tournament field is now set. Virginia, Duke, Clemson and Miami have the double byes. Florida State, Louisville, NC State, Virginia Tech and UNC get the single byes.

That leaves six teams for Monday games. BC and Georgia Tech will play at noon, Notre Dame will beat Pitt at 2:00, and Syracuse and Wake Forest will be in the 7:00 game.

Upsets are always possible, but we’d expect BC, Notre Dame and Syracuse to advance to Wednesday.

Wednesday’s noon game is very intriguing because if Louisville wins, they get another crack at Virginia and don’t you know Louisville would like that. So would the ACC.

We’d expect to see BC play State and the Pack should win that one. Virginia Tech and Notre Dame should be interesting too.

Our projection is that Syracuse will play UNC. After losing to Duke, we’d be surprised if UNC lost to Syracuse. Then again, that’s home turf for the Orange.

That takes us into Thursday which is far enough for now.

Here’s a printable copy of the bracket.
