NCAA Basketball: Clemson at Georgia Tech
Jan 28, 2018; Atlanta, GA, USA; Clemson Tigers guard Shelton Mitchell (4) goes up for a layup during the second half against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at McCamish Pavilion.
Jason Getz-USA TODAY Sports

The Duke-Clemson matchup this Sunday is critical for both teams and Clemson is almost certainly going to be without Shelton Mitchell: the Tiger’s junior point guard suffered a concussion in the Florida State game and will almost certainly be held out under the concussion protocol.

The good news is he’s out of the hospital and recuperating.

Clemson is already down one starter as Donte Grantham is out for the season with a knee injury.

No word yet on Duke’s Marvin Bagley, who has missed two games himself with a knee strain.
