For a lot of people, Bill Walton is just that loudmouth oddity who pops up on basketball games and blathers on about, well, Walton-esque stuff: Grateful Dead, hiking. On a fun night, maybe Bigfoot.

In his prime, in his relatively few healthy years, Walton was phenomenal. He was plagued with injuries though and much of his brilliance was lost.

However when he was traded to the Celtics and paired with Larry Bird, we saw again just how remarkable he could be. The two together were magical. Check this out.
