C-Webb On Zion, Duke

Much to our surprise, here’s Chris Webber on Duke’s freshman class vs. the Fab Five.

He makes a fair point about who he had to deal with (Christian Laettner, Bobby Hurley, Shaq, etc) as opposed to today’s culture, which is fine.

What surprised us were his kind words for the Duke program and coach, something that Jalen Rose, for one, has never really managed.

Not that he has to either. It’s nice to hear it from Webber.
