Zion Williamson Cleans Up ACC Honors

No big surprise here: after an incredible first week in college basketball, Duke’s Zion Williamson was named ACC Player Of The Week and Freshman of the Week.

Who else?

Williamson just killed it:

• Zion vs. Kentucky: 28 points, seven rebounds, two assists, one block, one steal, shot 11-13
• Zion vs. Army: 27 points, 16 rebounds, four assists, six blocks, one steal, shot 11-14

That’s ridiculous for anyone, but a freshman? From a pretty small high school?

Aside from that, the man is shooting 81.5% from the floor.

It’s prodigious.
