To be perfectly honest, when Lance Thomas graduated from Duke in 2010, we didn’t think he had an NBA future. We thought he would end up playing overseas and being a solid, reliable professional.

As it turns out, his desire to work and improve is off the charts and now not only has he stuck with the New York Knicks since 2015, he’s coming out of training camp as a starter.

That’s hugely impressive and a testament to his dedication to his craft. We’re not sure anyone is outworking this guy.
