ESPN has a great article up on Wendell Carter, his journey to Duke and the impact he’s had.
He’ll be paired in everyone’s mind with Marvin Bagley for awhile but as opponents get more physical with Bagley, Carter is stepping up.
It’s a lot harder right now to muscle Carter than it is to muscle Bagley.
As Carter says here, Bagley is more athletic, but Carter’s no slouch and like Bagley has some really solid skills. He’s carving out his own niche and our suspicion is that he’s got more to show us before the season is over.
