Danny Manning Adds Another Athletic Recruit

Before long, Wake Forest could push to be the most athletic team in the ACC.

As we’ve been saying for awhile now, Danny Manning has been overhauling Wake Forest’s roster, replacing Jeff Bzdelik’s system-oriented players with sleek athletes.

Latest example: 6-8 Isaiah Mucius, the latest ACC recruit from Brewster Academy.

Mucius is a Top 100 talent and, as suggested above, athletic.

He should fit right in to Manning’s scheme and will help make Wake Forest increasingly athletic and difficult to deal with.

Brewster has sent the ACC TJ Warren, Taurean Thompson (briefly), Donovan Mitchell, Jarred Reuter, Durand Johnson, Chris McCullough, Aaron Thomas, Kyle Washington and this year Georgia Tech boasts Curtis Haywood and intriguing walk-on Avi Schafer.
