NCAA Basketball Tournament - First Round - Troy v Duke

As Duke settles into a new and unfamiliar roster, the only constant returning is Grayson Allen.

As you know, he’s had some real ups-and-downs at Duke, some self-inflicted, but no one has questioned his talent.

Last year he played out of position a lot at point and it was obvious at times that he wasn’t as comfortable at point as he might have been. And of course his injuries didn't help.

This year though he’ll have a first-rate point guard in Trevon Duval and that should really free him up to play to his strengths.

The other question for Allen though is being consistently smart on the court. Another tripping incident would do incalculable harm to his team and most of all his future.
