Looks like Duke’s ties to the Ohio State coaching staff will continue: Thad Matta assistant Greg Paulus may be out but Mike Shrage, who worked at Duke and for Johnny Dawkins at Stanford, will move to Columbus with former Butler coach Chris Holtmann.

At Stanford and Butler, Shrage developed a reputation as a keen recruiter and that will keep you employed in his profession. It’s going to be interesting to see what he does for the Buckeyes, not least of all because he helped land one of Butler’s most promising classes ever.
