A few ACC notes worth passing on: first, Jim Boeheim now says he’ll coach for several more years. There’s some speculation he may want to coach his son in college.
By the way, Syracuse folks are keenly aware that Greensboro is still mad at Boeheim.
Second, State has another possible transfer in mind: former Utah guard Devon Daniels. A 6-5 freshman from Michigan, Daniels by his own admission has some growing up to do and left Utah under less than ideal circumstances. He’ll have three years left.
In Charlottesville, Virginia appears to have completed its roster, barring some surprising late addition.
Up at Pitt, after a very tough year, Kevin Stallings has lots of questions and doubts, but insists he’s following the plan and that it will work.
