Franklin, Ohio, Luke Kennard’s hometown, is only about 11,000 or so big and it takes a lot of pride in its hometown hero - so much so that it put up five signs around town to celebrate its two-time Ohio Mr. Basketball.

Thing is, since he declared for the NBA draft, two of those signs got swiped, so the town took down the rest.

It is a small town and they cost about $155.00 each so you can understand.

City Manager Sonny Lewis told a city council that “the one thing Luke did wrong was that he’s too popular.”
