As you may know, former Blue Devil Quinn Cook is now with Golden State. With both Steph Curry and backup Patrick McCaw injured, Quinn got the nod to start for the Warriors and did just fine.

He made a big impression on columnist Dieter Kurtenbach and other people, including Draymond Green, who said this: “I see some of these dudes in the NBA and — I don’t know, man… You see some of these guys and I wonder how they’re in the NBA on a regular deal and Quinn’s not. It’s ridiculous to me, but to each his own. I’m going to keep my mouth closed.”

Well to an extent maybe. Still, it’s nice to see the Warriors so happy with him. Now to make him full-time.
