We can’t really say we’re surprised that Jayson Tatum is shooting well but was it surprising to learn that he’s got the best percentage in the NBA?

Yeah, that’s a surprise.

He’s the only guy currently north of 50%, ahead of luminaries like Stephen Curry, Klay Thomas and Kyle Korver.

Not many people expected him to be playing at this level, certainly not Danny Ainge and Brad Stevens. They knew he’d be good but this good? No. He’s racing well ahead of expectations.
