Ol’ Roy On The NCAA: Don’t Sweat It

As we’ve seen before, Roy Williams is telling people (now including new UNC recruit Nassir Little) that UNC won’t be punished harshly when the NCAA finally announces whatever sanctions it plans to impose in the long-running scandal.

It’s the most successful academic fraud in the history of the NCAA and while smarter people than us disagree on what might happen, no one we’re aware of dismisses the seriousness of what happened.

Well, with the arguable exception of Williams, who refers to it as “the junk” and constantly dismisses it as frustrating but not important.
