Christian Laettner Files To Avoid Bankruptcy

It’s expensive, but probably a load off too.

Looks like Christian Laettner might avoid bankruptcy: the former Duke star was about to be forced into involuntary bankruptcy but now has filed papers to repay his creditors.

Laettner has funds from the sale of Phase II of Durham’s West Village project and that’s behind his repayment plan.

No doubt it comes as a relief even it it is bittersweet.
