Duke Football: Bloody Friday

Three surgeries, three players out for the year.

On Friday, Duke football will see three season-ending injuries: freshman safety Javon Jackson, redshirt freshman DT Zach Morris and redshirt senior QB Thomas Sirk.

Sirk is obviously the biggest hit, but David Cutcliffe has built his program to the point where people can at least entertain the notion that even that loss might be overcome.

Time will tell, starting with the NCCU game Saturday.
