The venerable Journal has a foray into bracket picking which attempts to automate some factors. You pick various options in the form and make your selections.

When you look, make sure to check out the very last item on the list. It's a bit flattering in a way but we'd like to see someone take on UNC or Kentucky that way.

At least it's an option.
