NCAA Womens Basketball: South Carolina at Duke Mark Dolejs-USA TODAY Sports

Duke went inside to beat Villanova on Wednesday night, knocking off the Wildcats 68-50 in Cameron.

Lexie Brown and Rebecca Greenwell scored 18 apiece to pace the Blue Devils.

It was the first game for Duke in almost two weeks due to exams. Next up: Kentucky on December 29th.
