The ACC’s annual Operation Basketball will be today in Charlotte and it will have as background three of the conference’s premier programs dealing with scandal: Syracuse recently got another lashing from the NCAA, Louisville may see its 2013 NCAA title stripped and UNC’s date with NCAA punishment looms and suddenly seems as if it could be harsher than it previously seemed.
