Like his freshmen teammates, other than Grayson Allen, Tyus Jones will apply for the NBA draft this summer. Here's what he had to say:

"Coming to Duke was a dream of mine and being a part of such a special team was amazing. I am faced with the tough decision of returning to a place I love or pursuing my next dream. With the support and guidance of my family, my coaches, my teammates, and Duke University, I have decided to start my professional career. Even though I am entering the NBA Draft, I will forever be a Duke Blue Devil."
His path will be trickier than that of Jahlil Okafor or Justise Winslow. Jones is smallish by NBA standards and not freakishly athletic.
But on the other hand, neither is Stephen Curry, who you may recall was taken behind Blake Griffith, Hasheem Thabeet, James Harden, Tyreke Evans, Ricky Rubio and Jonny Flynn.
Things worked out pretty well for him, and in an earlier time, Muggsy Bogues played for years in the NBA despite being just 5-3.
So we're pretty sure Jones will find his place too.
