Syracuse A.D. Resigns, Boeheim To Retire In Three Years

The fallout at Syracuse has started, but it may not be done yet.

After the NCAA report, things are happening at Syracuse: the A.D. has resigned, which was probably inevitable, and Jim Boeheim has said he's sticking around three more years and that's it.

He says he wants to plan an orderly transition. Three years should probably do it.

Mike Hopkins is expected to be his successor, but given the fallout, that may or may not happen.

No word yet on a new A.D.
