Greenwell Lights Up Cavs

Rebecca Greenwell continued her three point marksmanship, this time against Virginia, hitting for 22 points and breaking Duke's freshman three-point record.

She hit four this time out.

Azura Stevens racked up a double-double with 10 points and 14 boards.

Virginia, once a major power in women's basketball, lost 71-45.

Duke won its sixth straight and moves to 19-6 overall and 10-2 in the ACC.

By the way, UConn's brilliant coach Geno Auriemma used to be an assistant at UVA and found out that you could hear things in University Hall through the vents. He told a story at one point of sitting in his office and listening to a young Coach K just blistering his team at the half. You got this image of Auriemma sitting there with his eyes wide open as he eavesdropped on a rather blunt motivational speech.
