Former Blue Devil Alex Murphy Out With Foot Injury

Promising forward can't catch a break.

Tough break for former Blue Devil Alex Murphy as he has a partially torn plantar fascia. It's going to keep him out for 4-6 weeks and will obviously set him back as he's starting his first full season at Florida.

Since he left Duke after the first semester of his sophomore year, Murphy will have one semester in his junior year and now, effectively, one in his senior year, not to mention a third coach. That's probably not what he had in mind when he left.
