Winning Percentages For ACC Coaches

No surprises at the top.

Most fans can probably guess the two ACC coaches with the highest winning percentages across their careers. Each, in case you need a hint, has coached at two schools.

Not at the same time, of course.

But, in a league with four Hall of Famers, the top quartet in terms of profile doesn’t match the Fab Four in terms of winning percentage. That’s because Pittsburgh’s Jamie Dixon, with 307 wins in his first 418 college games, edges into the group at No. 3.

After that, the order is about what you would expect, other than the surprisingly low generation of victories by Leonard Hamilton’s 27 clubs at Oklahoma State, Miami and now Florida State.

Oddly, ACC stats tend to avoid listing coaches by career winning percentage, not in the conference but overall.
