On a slow weekend, UNC's injuries are the big news.

Three games on tap for Saturday, with Wake heading down to Clemson for a thumping (win or lose), Miami going up to snowy Syracuse and Florida State taking on UNC in Chapel Hill.

UNC now has some serious injury problems. Out: Joel Berry, with a groin problem, Luke Davis, Stilman White and Theo Pinson with foot issues.

Still playing but hurting: Marcus Paige (plantar fasciitis) and Nate Britt (15 stitches in his lip after a practice injury).

Maybe we should stay still walking - Britt may not play.

That's a bad hand. We'll see how Ol' Roy deals with it.

Wake and Clemson is a game for improvement. Well, they all are, but this one gives both teams an opportunity to advance and improve, and they both need it.

The best game should be Miami and Syracuse. Syracuse could use a tough game. Miami's had a few and that could be an advantage.

For some reason, we said that Duke at St. John's was Sunday's only game. Put that one down to sleep deprivation; there are several ACC games Sunday.
