Lakers Coach Byron Scott Has Plans For Former Duke Big Man Ryan Kelly

His feathery shooting touch pretty much guarantees him a solid NBA career.

It's beyond most of us, not least of all because very few people have actual insights into the group dynamics. However, there's a lot to be said for just getting mad. Sometimes, as long as you're in control of your anger, it's a very positive tool.

When the Lakers picked Ryan Kelly, who finished his last year and half at Duke dealing with a foot injury, a lot of people thought it was a long shot, no pun intended.

Because Kelly's long shot has him firmly in coach Byron Scott's plans.

Kelly is what we've come to call a stretch-four. Whether it's with the Lakers or somewhere else, his shot (and his intelligent approach to the game)he's likely to have a job in the league for a long time
