So far the ACC has done reasonably well in bowl season - wins are bolded below.
- BC 30 Penn State 31
- Clemson 40 Oklahoma 6
- Duke 31 Arizona State 36
- Georgia Tech 49 Mississipi State 34
- Louisville 14 Georgia 37
- Miami 21 South Carolina 24
- UNC 21 Rutgers 40
- NC State 34 UCF 27
- Virginia Tech 33 Cincinnati 17
UNC was crushed by Rutgers and that's the worst loss the conference has suffered. That's more than balanced by Clemson's big win over Oklahoma and Georgia Tech's thumping of Mississipi State.
The ACC missed three with BC losing by one to Penn State, Duke nearly taking down Arizona State and Miami falling by three to South Carolina.
Florida State is in the playoffs and will open with the high-flying Ducks of Oregon, which should be fun. If the 'Noles win, they'll play the winner of Alabama-Ohio State, which could add two wins to the ACC column.
The only games which were out of hand were UNC's loss and Georgia's win over Louisville. Whatever you want to say about ACC football, it acquitted itself well this year in the post-season.
So far, anyway.
