In all the uproar surrounding the Clippers, one guy who hasn't been heard from much is JJ Redick.

Redick came to LA with the idea that he would provide an outside shooter for the Clippers, but, Donald Sterling being Donald Sterling, the deal nearly fell through at the 11th hour.
Redick had a front row seat the bizarre episode with Sterling, and he has some insights you won't see many other places. So we would recommend reading this.
One minor but interesting point: in this article Redick refers to the NBA commissioner Adam Silver by his first name.
As fellow Duke grads, they may well have a pre-existing relationship, but still: can you imagine anyone referring to Silver's predecessor as David?
