Well That Wasn't Much Fun

When the storms rolled through central North Carolina Thursday and Friday, they brought down many trees, including this former piece of verdant glory, which fell right on the power and Time Warner lines.

As it turns out, that was totally cool because if it had fallen the other way it would have killed a couple of people. So we're fine with it.

As a resut of that and the cleanup, we haven't been able to post on Friday. We'll start catching up after a bit.  We hope everyone else got through the storms with a minimum of difficulty.
