Report: Seth Allen Serious About Cavs

Tom Robinson of PilotOnline.com reports that Virginia has a real shot at landing Maryland transfer Seth Allen, which now that we think about it doesn't make sense.

He supposedly left Maryland partly because he wanted to stay at the point, which is set to go to freshman Romelo Trimble.

As a 6-0 shooting guard, Allen's future is limited.

So why Virginia, where London Perrantes is back after a sensational freshman campaign?

It just seems odd.
