Virginia Tech Picks Up Two Recruits

Buzz Williams liked them at Marquette and he likes them at Virginia Tech, too.

When Buzz Williams left Marquette, he left several recruits. Only Sandy Cohen opted to stay. The rest were released.

Marial Shayok ended up at Virginia, and on Saturday, two of Williams' former recruits joined him at Virginia Tech: Ahmed Hill, 6-5, and Satchel Pierce, a 7-footer who is considered a project.
