Parker And Hood Are Off To The NBA

On Thursday we learned what was probably inevitable all along: Jabari Parker and Rodney Hood were heading to the NBA.

While it was fun to dream of them playing with Jahlil Okafor, Tyus Jones, Justise Winslow and Grayson Allen, the hangover would've been immense: the following year, Duke would have lost Parker, Hood and Okafor to the draft.

So life works out. Best of luck to both guys as they join the work force. Just remember Grant Hill's advice, as inherited from his dad: it's not what you make, it's what you save.
