Coach Krzyzewski had a dizzy spell during the Wake Forest game.

In an unusual move, Duke released a 2:30 A.M. statement concerning Coach K's dizzy spell during the Wake Forest game:

"Coach Krzyzewski experienced light-headedness during and after the Duke-Wake Forest game on Wednesday night. Following the contest, he was examined by Duke medical personnel on site and again at Duke University Hospital for precautionary tests upon returning to Durham. His symptoms and condition have improved considerably, and Coach Krzyzewski was sent home during the early morning hours on Thursday."

Obviously it's concerning but it's hard to say just how much. Hopefully it's just a passing thing.
