Before the nice NCAA run, UT fans were widely derisive of Martin's coaching, and even tried to organize a drive to bring the disgraced Bruce Pearl back. You may also recall that, despite the wealth the SEC is supposed to generate, Tennessee has managed to run up huge bills,which could also play a factor.
But Martin turned things around and Tennessee was a dangerous team in the tournament.
It's just a good reminder that you ought to respect and support your coaches (Wake Forest), even if they struggle.
