Remember Erick Barkley's visit to Duke? The St. John's star got in trouble with the NCAA and before his visit to Cameron, Coach K urged the Crazies not to make fun of him because his name had been unfairly tarnished. Coincidentally, St. John's won, as we recall, and there was a bit of grumbling about it.
Barkley's back in the news, and this time, he appears to be tarnishing his own name:
Barkley is coaching his son's little league team and had a conflict with a father of one of the other team's kids. So unless the video tape here is lying, he gave the other guy a pretty good beating. He's looking at a law suit, and a major hit to his reputation. The apparent victim declined to press charges.
