North Carolina Faculty Very Upset Over Scandal

And they're letting it be known, loud and clear.

The fallout from the UNC scandal continues, with faculty outrage a considerable story.

One member, a professor named Harry Watson, wants UNC to make a formal apology to Mary Willingham (his suggestion is echoed below by another prof). He also said this: "Had UNC embraced her leadership in 2012, the institution would have been spared years of humiliation and untold financial costs."

Professor Andrew Perrin added that "...whatever number of wins, whatever number of championships, whatever number of star athletes recruited would be given up in the name of ensuring academic integrity, we will do that."
