This time it's in Business Week. Apparently the scandal isn't legitimate until the New York Times passes it on to a broader readership. A  pretty devastating indictment here. We're truly sorry this state lost Bill Friday, but this would have mortified and infuriated him. It's good that he didn't have to read this.
