Frazier was under a domestic violence protective order secured by his ex-wife after a dispute last summer. He alleges he contacted her to tell her about a ticket which was of mutual concern, but that apparently violated the order and she called the police, as is her right. And Frazier is suspended.
It may take a while to sort out and Central may visit Duke without Frazier.
