The Camaro Hairston was allegedly driving was ticketed twelve times in two months. It's not clear who was driving but it's not unreasonable to think at least some of them went to Hairston, particularly the ones issued at the Dean Dome and Hairston's dorm.
A Porsche registered to Hadyn Thomas, who loaned cars to Hairston, was also ticketed.
In the light of Hairston's behavior, this is a fair question:
