In an interview with USAToday, ACC commissioner John Swofford expands on his ideas about the newly emerged superconferences and their relationship to the NCAA. He would prefer to remain a part of it, although perhaps as a new division with different rules and priorities.
He also spoke to David Teel - Teel seems to have a knack of getting Swofford - and Swofford talked to him a good bit about the ACC Tournament in New York, as well as changing the football bowl revenue distribution. He also talked more about the NCAA issues and gets into Miami's situation as well.
