Enfield Accused Of Tampering

L.A. basketball sure has gotten a lot more interesting. The Lakers are forced to rebuild and the Clippers are a potential powerhouse.

Steve Alford's livened up things at UCLA, to say the least, although not in a good way.

Over at USC, Andy Enfield moved in after his sensational March with Dunk City, and now, UTEP's Tim Floyd is accusing him of tampering with Isaac Hamilton, his star recruit.

Hamilton says he wants to stay home after all because his grandmother is sick and he'd like to be close. Floyd has denied his release and has said quite a bit about the situation, enough to prompt Hamilton's parents to write to his A.D. threatening a lawsuit.

It's not boring old L.A. when it comes to hoops, that's for sure.
