KU Cuts Some Interesting Deals

Kansas has reached agreement with ESPN to carry at least 70 events over the next ten years on ESPN3. They've also reached an agreement with Time-Warner to carry at least 50 events in the Kansas City market and across the great state of Kansas.

Given how the Longhorn Network has worked out for Texas (not to mention with mediocre football and basketball offerings), has Kansas just outmaneuvered the Horns?
