Duke target Theo Pinson (2014) is set to announce on Wednesday. He's down to Georgetown, North Carolina, Duke, Louisville and Indiana.

Duke is in it, but he might look past the Devils since they landed similarly sized Grayson Allen. However, in 2014, Duke may have more opportunity: Rasheed Sulaimon may still be around, Matt Jones should be and of course Allen. Semi Ojeleye should spend more time at forward but is certainly athletic enough to play in the backcourt. Quinn Cook will be the point guard for as long as he's at Duke.
There was a time when a kid from Greensboro, as Pinson is, would've been impossible to get away from UNC. Danny Manning, you say? True, but until Larry Brown hired his dad, truck driver Ed Manning as an assistant, Danny was all but certain to be a Tar Heel.
If he does choose the Heels, he'll compete for minutes with PJ Hairston (also from Greensboro), if he's still around, and JP Tokoto.
Louisville will have/may have Wayne Blackshear, Luke Hancock, Montrezl Harrell and Kevin Ware firmly in the rotation, assuming he's healthy. They've also signed Anton Gill.
Indiana returns Yogi Ferrell, a few guards who didn't get a lot of recognition this year, and also bring in highly regarded Troy Williams and Stanford Robinson, along with lesser lights (so far anyway) Devin Davis and Collin Hartman.
We didn't follow Georgetown as closely but the key thing there is being comfortable with the system. If he likes it, it's an option. If not, then it'll be someone else.
